		<description>How about applying Hans Monderman&#039;s road traffic design model to network protocol and packet switching hardware design?

Remove regulatory traffic control features such as RSVP, ICMP, ARP, BGP, DCCP, SCTP, etc. 
Network centers would be &quot;shared spaces&quot; where packets slow down, look each other in the eyes, and negotiate their movements directly with each other, to safely and efficiently reach their goals.</description>
